Friday, December 2nd, 2022 at Fort Zumwalt North High School

The Flyers headed in to the tournament Friday night with a diminished lineup and still managed to finish toward the top of the tournament's team race, finishing in 8th place out of 24 teams. 4 of the 7 girls that wrestled on Friday night made it into the semifinals and 1 made it through to the finals. The girls took some lumps and lost to some tough competition but showed some true fight in the face of adversity through out the night. The next time you will catch the girls in action will be this Wednesday night at home against the Lafayette Lancers. Wrestling action begins at 5 pm with the Freshman and JV boys, followed by the girls at 6 pm, and the varsity boys at 7 pm.
