The Flyers football team traveled to Lafayette on Friday, Oct 21 with a conference championship on the line.  After a back and forth battle with the Lancers, the Flyers were able to secure the 17-14 victory to win the Suburban Conference Red Pool Championship.  The Flyers finished the regular season with a 6-3 record (4-0 in conference).  Senior running back Jake Hnilo also hit a milestone on Friday night as he became the career all-time leading rusher for the Flyers.

They will travel to Kirkwood for a week 7 rematch against the Pioneers in the first round of districts.
