New Entry System Supports Safety at Athletic Events

Lindbergh Schools is installing a new safety screening system called EntryShield that uses advanced technology to keep our community safe during large athletic events and district functions with high attendance numbers. The EntryShield system will be used at both entrances to Flyers Field during all home football games this fall. As a reminder, no bags or backpacks are allowed in the Lindbergh Flyers Stadium.

EntryShield is designed to detect potential threats without disrupting the flow of people entering the game. It uses advanced technology to accurately distinguish between common items such as phones, keys, and jewelry, and prohibited items including weapons. This allows everyone to enter the stadium efficiently. Together with continued oversight and supervision by our security officers and school administrators, EntryShield will provide an additional layer of safety and security.
